*We implement a stringent ‘new employee’ selection criteria and, prior to commencement of employment with RL. All prospective drivers must complete a comprehensive induction in all aspects of Safety Mass and Fatigue policies. Plus, as a condition of continued employment, drivers must pass an annual medical examination by an approved medical practitioner, including sleep apnea testing. RL conducts random check on all drivers, as well as load restraint auditing and is agreeable for our suppliers to do the same.
*All RL drivers have obtained a minimum certificate II in Transport and Logistics, we are pleased to partake in any further training procedures or induction programs deemed necessary to ensure our drivers are the safest, most qualified drivers on the road.
*At RL we have addopted a 'team' appoach to the work environment, every team member understands the value of our customers to a successful business. Each employee undergoes training in the ability of maintaining a high level of customer service at all times, we insist while, representing RL, a curteous can-do attitude is a high priority.
